The Rams enter the 2008 season with a lot of revamping that is desperately needed to improve from one of the franchise's worst seasons. The Rams (3-13 in 2007) recently hired offensive coordinator Al Saunders to help improve the offense that has lost its touch since Scott Linehan replace Mike Martz as head coach 3 years ago .Saunder has worked with the Rams before as Dick Vermeil's recievers coach and has worked with Vermeil in Kansas City as the offensive coordinator. Saunder's style is similar to Mike Martz style of offense as Saunder is a former assistant under Don Coryell's system.
